General Questions
CollegeKampus OneForm is a unified college application platform that allows students to apply to multiple colleges through a single application form. It simplifies the admission process by eliminating the need to fill multiple forms for different colleges.
Registration on CollegeKampus is free. However, individual colleges may charge their own application fees which are paid directly through our secure payment gateway.
We partner with 500+ colleges across India including Government colleges, Private universities, Deemed universities, and Autonomous institutions offering courses in Engineering, Medical, Law, Management, Arts, Science, and more.

Registration & Account
Click on "Register Now" button, fill in your details (name, email, phone, password), agree to terms and conditions, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email and be automatically logged in.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.
Yes, you can update your profile information by logging into your dashboard and clicking on "Edit Profile". However, some information may be locked after you submit an application.
For basic registration, you only need a valid email address and phone number. Additional documents like photographs, mark sheets, and certificates are required when you fill the application form.
Application Process
After registration, go to the Application Form page, fill in your personal and academic details, upload required documents, select your preferred colleges and courses, review your application, and submit. You can apply to multiple colleges simultaneously.
Yes! That's the key benefit of OneForm. You fill your details once and select multiple colleges you wish to apply to. Your single application is sent to all selected colleges.
Typically required documents include: Passport size photograph, Class 10th marksheet, Class 12th marksheet (if applicable), Valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport), Category certificate (if applicable), and any additional documents specific to certain colleges.
Once submitted, applications cannot be edited to maintain data integrity. However, if you need to make corrections, contact our support team immediately and they will guide you through the process.
After successful submission, you receive a unique application number (format: CKOF-XXXXXX). This number is used to track your application status and for all future correspondence.
Payments & Fees
We accept multiple payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular wallets through our payment partners - Razorpay, PayU, and Paytm. All transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your financial information is never stored on our servers and is processed directly by trusted payment processors.
Refund policies vary by college. Generally, if you cancel before the application is processed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please check individual college policies or contact support for specific cases.
Yes, immediately after successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email with a receipt. You can also download receipts from your dashboard at any time.
Application Status & Tracking
You can track your application in three ways: 1) Log into your dashboard to see all applications and their statuses, 2) Use the public status checker with your application number, 3) Check your email for status update notifications.
Pending - Application received and under review, Under Review - Being evaluated by college, Shortlisted - Selected for next round, Approved - Admission offered, Rejected - Not selected, Waitlisted - On waiting list.
Response time varies by college and course. Typically, initial acknowledgment comes within 24-48 hours, while final decisions may take 2-4 weeks depending on the college's admission cycle.
Yes, you will receive email notifications for every status change. You can also opt-in for SMS notifications. Important updates are also shown in your dashboard.
Mock Tests & Preparation
We offer mock tests for major competitive exams including CUET, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, CAT, GATE, and more. Tests are designed by experts and follow the actual exam pattern.
Some basic mock tests are free for all registered users. Premium mock tests with detailed analytics and personalized feedback require a subscription or one-time payment.
Tests are automatically scored based on the actual exam marking scheme including negative marking where applicable. You get instant results with detailed analysis of your performance.
Yes, you can retake mock tests to improve your score. Your best score is recorded for reference. Each attempt is analyzed to show your improvement.
